a new world, a new life

Hi all!
I know it has been a long time since I posted. Blogging is and always will be very therapeutic for me as it is so many others. I stopped posting when I took the job with Makena Technologies as the Programming and Activities Coordinator for there.com. It seemed inappropriate for me to post personal opinions, as a community person. Since a big part of the job depends on you being objective and fair to all. I always tried very hard not to let my personal opinions decide things for me.

Anyways a few weeks ago I was laid off from there, and now I guess I'm sort of lost and need to find my way again. I have taken time to get off my computer to clean my home, look around the real world, to try new games, and visit other online communities.

I'm not really sure where I am going, but I think I'm going to have fun getting there, wherever that ends up.

Woot !! wOw !! I was wallking around egypt the other day, and look what I found??  did my eyes deseave me??  had my buggy just decided to come out and play? ha well however it got there. i knew i had to take a picture cus noone would believe this!

yes, I found santa in a paz named "kissing santa".. so that is just what I did. It's a wonderful to smooch with the big guy. now I wonder what I'll get for christmas. Maybe a really good present.. ;)

There In the Washington Post

Woowzer!! we hit the big time...

This morning the washington post came out with article about There.com. Not There and Sl, not IMUV, not on avitars, not anything casually mentioning There, but an honest to goodness article on There.com. Makes me want to send the article itself to barb. :) my sister in law, she's always teasing me about living in my computer. LOL I guess I deserve it.

They mention There.com in the online version of the paper anyways.
